Tally had changed her mind about the Smoke and the operation,but what will she do about all of that now? Whose side is she on?
She could run away when they get back into town and set all the Smokies free.
I think she is on the Smokies' side because she burnt the pendant knowing that was her way out of the Smoke and she tried to help "the boss" escape.
